FAQ’S

  • Of course! We ensure to purchase all items from authorised Australian representatives of each brand or directly from the brands themselves. We will only ever sell authentic products so rest assured you will always be receiving the very best the world has to offer.

  • No, you won’t have to sign up as a VILP to order from our range. Just add items to your basket and follow the prompts to process the order.

    However, our VILP’s do get access to sales, events and other benefits so it doesn’t hurt to sign up!

  • Once you finalise your order you will be sent a confirmation from us, via email. This process is automatic so please check the email address that you provided. If you do not receive and email with your order confirmation please let us know by emailing info@microfashion.com.au.

  • Yes, if you have chosen to pay for your order by direct deposit your items are safe! Once the order is processed the items you have chosen will not be available for others to order. We allow 3 business days for all payments to be finalised but will remind you before cancelling any orders.

  • Due to a huge demand for some of our more popular brands we sometimes allow our customers to pre-order items. This is so they are able to to secure their favourites before they sell out.

  • The pre-order wait time can vary from brand and season. However, in general terms, most pre-order items will be in within 2 weeks to 1 month after the pre-order period begins. We will do our best to keep you up to date on expected delivery time frames for all orders.

  • We use a network of couriers to get your orders to you. By using couriers we are able to ensure that our deliveries are traceable and the couriers are accountable for all deliveries.

  • Yes, all deliveries are traceable and therefore, you will receive tracking details once it has left our warehouse.

  • With the exception of pre-order items, all orders will be delivered between 3-10 business days. Sometimes, due to delays in the courier system, some deliveries may take longer but this is generally only in more remote areas of Australia.

  • Should you be unhappy with any of the items you receive please let us know immediately by emailing info@microfashion.com.au with as much information as possible, including your order number and a reason for the return. We will then assess your case and give you information on where to post your items for a refund or exchange.

    Refunds will only be accepted for items within 7 days of receiving them. You are responsible for the return shipment of items to our warehouse, unless it is deemed that the item is faulty or incorrect.

    If you wish to exchange and item you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item. A reduced rate of $6.50 will be charged for the shipping of replacement item for ‘change of mind’ orders. Shipping will be covered by the company if the item is deemed faulty or if an incorrect item was sent.

    Items that are returned during the sale period will be refunded the reduced current sale price minus shipping and handling.
